I trained at Blueprint Health & Fitness in Brisbane CBD for a bit over 12 months under the guidance of Craig.
Why I went to Blueprint was pretty simple:
1. I wanted something tailored to my goals, but different
2. I wanted to get results
Overall I had a great time at Blueprint, you certainly work for it.
Craig knows your limits better than you, holds you accountable and continues to push you for the results you signed up for.
What puts Craig in a different league is he doesn’t just want to collect your money each week, he truely cares and wants to see you do better.
If I didn’t relocate away from Brisbane I would absolutely still be sweating it out at Blueprint!
