I’d recently lost my sister and I ended up in a situation that I wasn’t happy with and it was a real low point in my life. I was drinking too much, didn’t care about what I was eating, worked too much and didn’t do anything except binge on TV on weekeds and I ended up puting on over 10kg in less than 12 months. I wasn’t proud of where I was and I needed to change for my family and for myself. I hate gyms and I was never really a fan of group fitness but I needed something but wasn’t sure what. My friend Sam added my name to a competition to win 4 weeks of CBT and I won…..but I still wasn’t convinced and it took me nearly 2 weeks to get to my first CBT. I was so nervous as I hadn’t done any fitness for years but Craig and the other members made me feel so welcome that it didn’t matter what fitness level I was and seeing all the others work so hard, made me push myself even harder. I became more present with myself and started treating myself better and before I knew it, I was feeling stronger and more active than I had in years. Then Craig said ‘PT is where the magic happens’. It took me a couple of months before committing to PT sessions but I did and now I’m training everyday whether it is PT, CBT or training at home and I’ve lost 11kg since 1 January. No matter what, Craig is there for you, he holds you accountable and cares about your outcomes and goals. I can’t remember the last time I felt this fit and strong and I’m not even close to slowing down. Craig and the Blueprint community has made a huge impact to my life and I am so appreciative of what Craig has done for me and I cannot recommend Blueprint enough. Thank you Craig x
