I first met Craig during a health challenge we ran for our employees, and I was impressed with his fitness studio and tailored training program, so much so I signed up there and then – almost a year ago – and haven’t looked back. Being incredibly busy I made the choice to prioritise my health, and I’m so glad I engaged Blueprint. The training is targeted for my personal needs, and I love that I can just turn up and get what would normally take me 60-90 minutes done in 30! Craig is very much down to earth and I can be challenged and have a laugh at the same time…. oh, and yes, I’ve lost weight, gained muscle and improved my energy! Can’t recommend Blueprint enough!
