I’ve never been someone for the gym, ever! A weekend bush walk a few times a month seemed fine to me. 3 months ago after having had enough of aches and pains from too much sitting and not enough muscle mass, I started training with Craig at Blueprint health and fitness near our office, 2-3 times a week for 30mins

 

Although people always say exercise is good for your mind, I didn’t realise how good it is and has been for me during a stressful period both at work and personally. I went in to training with a physical goal in mind and have come out with so much more. Craig himself is a big advocate for mental health and incorporates this into his training

On my first day I couldn’t do a sit up and didn’t know how to do a lunge. There is no judgement here! Only support and encouragement.
